javAPRS and DeLorme Maps

GIF files made with DeLorme's Street Atlas can be used easily by javAPRS. Version 3.0 of Street Atlas gives the lat/lon of the cursor position. This feature allows the edges of the map to be easily determined, and can be passed to javAPRS. Here is the replay of my DCC trip drawn over a DeLorme map of the southeast US. It took less than 3 minutes to make this map with Street Atlas, determine the map edges, convert it to a GIF file, and set up this page. This method makes an unrealistic assumption of the "flatness" of the map, but for small area maps this should be no problem.
